Ms. Austin's 4th and 5th Grade Math & Science Site

Welcome 4th and 5th graders and their families to Ms. Austin’s math and science web site.

Our 4th and 5th Grade Math and Science Web Page has been designed with you in mind. All studies indicate that when a students’ family is connected with their school; clearly understands a students’ homework assignments, the teaching philosophies and policies of individual teachers, and has access to all classroom activities, a student’s academic achievement rises.

This easy to navigate site will allow your child and you to access all important announcements, forms, web sites, important dates, yearly and monthly schedules, informative links, district, state and national standards, and your student’s nightly homework assignments. I have also included links to the Massachusetts’ Frameworks in all four major disciplines, along with links for the new Common Core standards and the soon to be implemented Next Generation Science Standards. Just click on one of the links to learn more.
